Saz's shares the recipe for their award-winning Barbecue Ribs and Jumbo Cajun Shrimp.

Shopping List:
Ingredients for the BBQ Ribs:
Two - 2 lb Racks of Baby Back Pork Ribs, skinned
1/3 cup of Liquid Smoke
2 Teaspoons white pepper
Water to submerse
Saz's Original or Vadilia Onion BBQ Sauce

Ingredients - Jumbo Cajun Shrimp:
16 Jumbo Shrimp (10-15 count) peeled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 lemon wedge
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder

Cooking Instructions BBQ Ribs:
Here's how you can make Saz's famous BBQ Ribs at your home. Cut racks of ribs in 1/2 and put sideways in a 5-6 inch deep pan. Cover ribs with liquid smoke, white pepper, and water so the liquid is 3/4 of the way up on the ribs. Bake ribs covered tightly in a 350 degree oven for approximately 2.5 hours. Ribs will be done when the meat is easily separated from the bones. When the ribs are finished cooking, drain all liquid from pan and refrigerate uncovered until cool. Now all that is left is to finish the ribs on your charcoal or gas grill.

When you're ready to grill your ribs, place ribs top side down on hot grill until that particular side is hot and sizzling. Sauce that side and flip. Repeat to the other side and serve.

Cooking Instructions Cajun Shrimp:
Using the hottest part of the grill, saute' shrimp in a saute pan with Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons of butter for about 3 minutes so the shrimp will absorb the mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and saute for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp, peppers and onions are thoroughly cooked.
